Built From the Ground Up

GreenScape Lawn & Garden started in 2013 when founder Caleb Harris traded in his corporate accounting career for a used riding mower, a pickup truck, and a determination to build something he could be proud of. What started as a side hustle mowing lawns on weekends quickly became a full-time business as word spread through the neighborhoods of Brentwood and Franklin.

Caleb brought the same discipline and attention to detail from his finance background into every aspect of the company. Detailed estimates, clear contracts, scheduled service windows, and follow-up quality checks became the foundation of how GreenScape operates. Clients noticed the difference immediately.

Today, GreenScape employs a team of 18 full-time crew members operating five fully equipped trucks. We maintain over 400 residential properties on weekly or biweekly schedules and manage grounds for 35 commercial clients across the Nashville metro area.

Our commitment has never changed: show up on time, do the job right, leave the property cleaner than we found it, and charge a fair price. That simple approach has earned us a 4.9-star rating across more than 350 Google reviews.

Certified Applicators

Our fertilization and pest control technicians hold Tennessee Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator licenses. We follow integrated pest management practices that prioritize safety.

Commercial-Grade Equipment

We invest in top-tier commercial equipment from Exmark, STIHL, and Ditch Witch. Our fleet is maintained weekly to ensure clean cuts, efficient operation, and reliable performance on every property.

Giving Back to Nashville

We believe in investing in the community that built our business. Each year, GreenScape donates landscaping services to two Nashville-area nonprofits selected through our annual Community Green Grant program.

We have installed and maintained gardens at the Nashville Rescue Mission, provided free lawn care for three Habitat for Humanity homes, and partnered with Cumberland River Compact on pollinator garden installations at two Metro Parks locations.

We also participate in Keep Nashville Beautiful cleanup events and sponsor the youth soccer league in Brentwood each spring and fall season.
